Kevin here, and I wanted to share some helpful news about all our upcoming orders for the holiday season. We realize that buying a gift for friends or family can be stressful when you have to read and abide by return policies and exchange rules.
Well, we think that the holiday season should be as stress-free as possible, which is why we’re extending our return policies for the holidays by 60 days up until the end of January.
To take advantage of this, when you place your order take the following steps.
Over the phone
- Simply state this order is a gift.
Over the internet
- In the comments field of your order, simply say “This order is a gift”.
Did you forget to state that your order was a gift?
That’s okay. Just make sure to call us before sending your product in for a return or exchange and explain that you ordered your items for a holiday gift!
