Features

  • Additional sensor compatible with the Guardline Motion Alert. This sensor is NOT compatible with the 1/4 Guardline Motion Alert
  • Add up to 4 sensors per zone (for a total of 16)
  • Sensor has a 40 ft. detection range
  • Weather resistant and ready to withstand the elements
** As with all wireless products the maximum range is determined by the amount of interference between the sensor and receiver. Any obstruction in direct line of sight range will reduce the effectiveness of the signal between the individual units. For maximum distance reduce as much interference as possible.

I had an issue with the Guardline 500 ft sensor. When I contacted the company I received the best customer service I've ever received. Not only did they ship my a new one they were the most helpful over the phone and with emails I've ever received. Great Company!!!

Great Product

Have had no problems, working out great for us. Thanks

Q: I want to use current system as alarm could you specify how wide is the beem, please include the hight and width, also what barier it needs to stop the beam , the space i,m trying to monitor is around 80 ' with posibility of installing two sensors facing outward or each other it will depend the answers i will get.thank you

A: The beam has a 12 degree field of view left to right, and a very slim vertical margin. The sensor can see at max 40 ft. For your situation, it sounds like you would need two sensors.
Q: I'm interested in the GUARDLINE WIRELESS DRIVEWAY ALARM and would like to know what exactly it means that it can go through walls. Can I place the sensor nearby the window indoor and still be able to detect motions? And how low is the lowest volume?
Answers (1)
A: The signal from the sensor from the receiver can go through walls. The sensor cannot see through windows, as it is an infrared sensor. The sensor will see the window as a solid heat signature and cannot see heat signatures on the other side of the window.
Q: Can it work from 220V output for 12V adapter on receiver?
Answers (1)
A: The Guardline receiver has an input range of 110-240V.
Q: If I mount the sensor at the opening of my garage door will the hot Florida sun set the heat sensor off? It will be used to alarm me when someone enters my garage and my garage faces SSW so it gets really hot.

A: If the you have a PIR sensor, there is a small chance that it will give off a false alarm from a quick beam of direct sunlight. A good fix for this is to have the sensor pointed in a direction where the sun will not hit the eye directly.
Q: My company is situated on a busy road with a very steep driveway. From the top of the driveway it is impossible to see if somebody is coming up until it's (almost) too late so we are looking to keep any future accidents from occurring. Is it possible to use the sensor at the bottom of the driveway and the receiver at the top in a waterproof box and connected to a light? Or is there possibly a different product that would work better?
Answers (1)
A: As long as you keep the receiver plugged into power and kept in a weatherproof box, then your setup would work. The receiver has to be plugged into power in order to power the 12v light that you plan on running. Please give us a call at 888-519-0413 with any further questions. Devin, Guardline
