Simon has been with Guardline for over five years, and he eats, sleeps, and breathes our products. As a team leader, he’s seen it all. The father of two beautiful children, he moonlights as a singer/songwriter in Seattle. Besides Guardline, his other passions include making a good cocktail and making people laugh. When asked about Simon, people say he has a “heart of gold.”

As our customer service wizard, Joanna loves hearing from people every day. She masterminds all of our in-house product videos and brings warmth and passion into her work. As a published poetry writer, she has the heart of an artist. Born and raised in Hawaii, Guardline is her first job in the lower 48.

When you receive your well-organized Guardline package, it was David who carefully packed it. He loves solving customer issues and does all the quality testing to ensure we’re delivering the highest quality products on the market. The rock of the office, he’s always steady and kind-hearted. He also has quite an extensive shoe collection.

In 2001, Tal had a vision for a superior outdoor motion sensor delivered with impeccable customer service. Starting in a storage room, he launched Guardline with a single product that was simple and easy to use. The market was hungry for a better product, so sales grew quickly and within two years the company offered a complete selection of home security products. By 2011, Guardline was manufacturing its own products, taking quality to an even higher level. Surrounding himself with people who are passionate about the product and the service mission, the company has grown into the market leader in the outdoor motion alert space. When he’s not inspiring his team, Tal is entertaining friends and snuggling with his dog, James.
