Returns and Exchanges

We make returns and exchanges super easy and hassle free.  

 

• Return any product for a full no-questions-asked refund within 30 days. Or you can exchange it for a different product that might work better for you.
  
• NO restocking fees for products returned in new/resellable condition.
• All merchandise must be return in like-new condition for full credit.

 

Please follow the guidelines below for all returns and exchanges:

• Include your original invoice if you have it. Your name and contact info is an absolute must so we can process your order!
• Mark whether this is a return or exchange on the invoice or note within the package.
• Be sure to pack everything that was included in the box.  We cannot accept partial returns.
• We do not pay for shipping of returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. 
• Please send it certified mail, UPS, or FedEx to ensure we get your package.
