We make any exchange a Hassle Free Exchange.
You have 30 days to return any product for a full refund or exchange it for a different product that might work better for you.
- NO restocking fees for products returned in good condition.
**Note: Our current returns processing time is 7-10 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return/exchange before contacting us for an update.
Please follow the guidelines below for all returns and exchanges:
- Include your original invoice if you have it. Your name and contact info (email and address) is an absolute must so that we can find you!
- Mark whether this is a return or exchange on the invoice or note within the package.
- Be sure to pack everything that was included in the box. We cannot accept partial returns.
- We do not pay for shipping of returns or exchanges, unless within 30 days of purchase we have deemed the product is defective after troubleshooting.
- Please send it certified mail, UPS, or FedEx to ensure we get your package.
- Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return for a refund.
